inline_edit not showing

Hello. I`m trying to use inline edit. I`m using the files from user guide example and it doesn`t show.

<?=fuel_edit($article->id, 'Edit: '.$article->title, 'articles')?><?=$article->title?>

Do i have to do something more than this? to enable something from confing?
