How to set absolute paths for WYSIWYG assets

What would be the most effective way of setting absolute paths for inline WYSIWYG assets within Fuel CMS? For example, in the content field of the blog module (I'm using ckeditor for the WYSIWYG)?

That looks to be a bug. I've just pushed a fix for that on the develop branch:
