Apostrophe in a Block not visible

Im trying to edit some text in a block in my fuel editor, however my apostrophe is not showing in the contraction, "don't". I've tried inserting HTML instead and nothing. Any tips? Thanks!

    Are you referring to a block in the CMS under fuel/blocks and you are editing the view field? Are you using the markitUp! editor or the CKEditor?
