Fatal error on Module creation

i created default modules careers, news, events and when i opened it in backend to check records, get this error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function name() on a non-object in C:\Program Files\Ampps\www\fuelcms\fuel\modules\fuel\controllers\module.php on line 53

    but the modules which i created days before, working fine, can create,edit,delete in them, but not in new modules

    Where is that error appearing (what URI) and is it happing for all the generated modules? Does your fuel/application/config/MY_fuel_modules.php file have those modules listed in it?
