Module settings for superadmin only

I have set up an advanced module with settings. When I assign the module to a user with full permissions for that module, this user has access to the settings as well. Is there a way to prevent that, so only superadmin has access to these module settings?

You can create a permission in the Permissions module of {module}/settings and assign/unassign to that user.
